I don't know. I like the summary from the main AP article: <I>Asked to define a dunk in water, Snow said, "It's a dunk in the water."</I> <br /><br />And what's with all the open praise for Cheney's supposed discretion? Maybe I'm misreading something, but when the press secretary asks, "You think Dick Cheney is going to slip up on something like this?" doesn't that imply that there is, actually, something to "slip up on"?
